Arabidopsis formin homologues: genes, sequences and
clones
This page has been updated to include the Dec 3, 2007 Uniprot release. For
people interested in sorting out sequence predictions from various times, the
old version has been archived here.
Click gene names for a graphical view of locus structure and details of gene
prediction as published in (Cvrckova et al., 2004)
and the 2005 version of this site. Gene names on orange background indicate
loci where current annotation (December 2007 Uniprot) represents an improvement
against the version published in the above cited paper, genes on a darker yellow
background denote loci where the two models differ but there is no cDNA evidence
in favor of any of them (in such casese I prefer the official annotation but
show our prediction as well). TAIR entries different from the recent Uniprot
reannotation are shown on darker blue or yellow background.
