The plant formin-like (FH2) proteins - version 2.1


This site contains information on known members of the family of FH2 proteins, or formins, in (mostly angiosperm) plants. Most of the data shown here has been published in a somewhat condensed form in the following paper, which is freely available on-line:

Thanks to Michael Tognolli from Uniprot, sequences of some of the Arabidopsis formins underwent a recent careful revision. I have added links to the Genes page to the corresponding protein entries.

Of course, I am planning to keep the resource up-to date ... but I cannot promise it will be very regular, as there are lots of more interesting things to do!
