The annotated Formin Homology 2 (FH2) domain tree

This tree, including methods used for its construction, has been published in the Cvrckova et al. 2004 paper (condensed source data are available as "supplementary information" there). A full list of sequences can be found in the paper; more detailed information on Arabidopsis FH2 domains can be accessed here, information for non-arabidopsis plant proteins through the corresponding section of the home page.

This is a bootstrapped tree constructed using the neighbor-joining (NJ) method. Symbols at nodes denote node stability. Complete sequences are color-coded according to their domain structure (image see below), conserved classes and subclasses are annotated. Genes within the Arabidopsis Chromosome 5 cluster are marked by an asterisk.
