Note:
According to a TopPred
analysis,
the signal sequence should end up embedded in a membrane, resulting in
an "N-end out" topology, which would render the first low complexity motif
in the cytoplasm. However, an alternative model suggesting an extra transmembrane
segment would allow an inverted topology of the N-terminal portion, and
reliable prediction cannot be therefore made.
