| anotace |
The phytohormone auxin is crucial for plant development and is a major regulator of differential growth regulation. We investigate how auxin is regulating cellular growth in a single cell, tissue and organ context. We are currently characterizing a novel family of PILS putative auxin carriers and present their cellular role in plant growth. Furthermore, initial insights into auxin regulated tissue and organ growth will be presented.
