| Image Analysis and Stereology in Biology |

Course gives review of quantitative methods for the use on biological objects and structures. The methods are described, explained and their implementation is demonstrated on practical examples measauring parameters of biological structures. The course gives overview of 1. traditional morphometric methods, 2. advanced stereological methods, 3. image analysis, 4. basic work with softwares on stereology and image analysis - Image J and Ellipse.
