Welcome Page Czech	Plant Anatomy Science dealing with inner strucutre of plant body. In strictu senso it is science about tissues and their organization in plant organs. In wider scope it includes basics of cytology, that is science about structure of plant cells. The word "anatomy" is derived from Greek anatemno (I cut). Dormant bud of Norway spruce (Picea abies L.) - longitudinal medium section Apical meristem and leaf primordia (dark blue stained) are covered bz thin bud scales.
